Game Log 4 – Create


Having chosen the Musaranhos myth for our project, the team wanted a lighthearted game at its core. We then went through the European Values and chose ones that could be intertwined with our already established idea. The process went smoothly, as noted in "Game Log 3 - Imagine". The team was never in conflict, communicating well about the tasks at hand and always having a similar understanding of where the game was going.

The more we worked, the more we could understand the character the player controls, being essentially a slave to the Musaranho, having to work day to day, leaving them with no worth and dignity compared to the deity that surrounds and commands them. The character has no freedom, no choice in this universe; they have to obey a higher being in exchange for their and the village's safety.
